Eva Longoria named Ambassador for Cancer Foundation

The beautiful and big hearted star Eva Longoria will appear in Public Service Announcements to raise awareness and money of ovarian cancer in a campaign sponsored by the Callaway Golf Foundation in partnership with the Entertainment Industry Foundation. Eva will appear in both TV and print PSAs to educate women about cancer and what they can do to help themselves.

Eva competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 1998 where she mesmerized the agents with her talent. She started working in television with guest spots on The Young and The Restless, The George Lopez Show, L.A. Dragnet and her huge hit Desperate Housewives. Her movie roles include starring in The Sentinel, Harsh Times, the recently wrapped comedy Over My Dead Body, and a voice over for the animated picture Foodfight. She has been on Maxim magazine's #1 Hot 100 List, appeared on numerous magazine covers, been named spokeswoman for both L'Oreal Cosmetics and Bebe Sport and honored as one of People Magazine's Most Beautiful People of 2007. Usher's woman speaks out

Tameka Foster does her best to quell rumors that there was major drama over the weekend with the cancellation of her wedding to Usher.
Foster tells People magazine:
"No one knows why we canceled the wedding, but I can tell you that all of the reasons that everyone is speculating and writing about are completely untrue."

She also reports that she did not go into early labor, as had been reported: "We had a scare, but the baby is fine."

When did Kirsten Dunst become so greasy and gross? Is this really the same woman that used to date Jake Gyllenhaal???

Lopez does Leno

Jennifer Lopez did the latest round of promotion for her latest film El Cantante. Just for kicks, we recently watched JLo's performance at the Grammy's with hubby Marc Anthony. If you're ever in need of a hearty laugh, make a point to watch this. Marc's voice is absolutely amazing, but we don't know how he doesn't burst into laughter whenver Jennifer belts it out. She is just SO bad. We've finally realized that her best skill is dancing.

During Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Louisiana concert over the weekend, a fan apparently got a little out of control and grabbed McGraw's groin area. Hill scolded the individual in front of thousands saying: “Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend. You don’t go grabbin’ somebody else’s, somebody’s husband’s balls, you understand me? That’s very disrespectful.” Sounds like Hill doesn't take any s---!

Snorzeville news: Steven Martin got married

Martin, 61, married longtime girlfriend Anne Stringfield , 35, in a low key ceremony at the couple's LA home. Guests, who included Tom Hanks and Diane Keaton, were told they were invited to a party. Lorne Michaels, of Saturday Night Live, was the best man. Congrats to the happy couple.

Usher's wedding drama

Usher was supposed to get married over the weekend to Tameka Foster, his pregnant fiancee who is about ten years his senior. (Yeah, we don't get this matchup either.) Anyway, lots of drama ensued and the wedding was cancelled. No word on when it will be postponed and no word on what went down (though there's been lots of speculation). We think it had something to do with his mother's disapproval of Foster, but who knows.

Scumbug and Tracey Edmonds are engaged

Edddie Murphy came out of this paternity battle with Scary Spice looking like a big ass. If we were Tracey Edmonds, who is beautiful and already rich (she used to be with Babyface), we would've gotten out of this relationship quickly, rather than gotten engaged.

Nicole Richie sentenced to a paltry 4 days in prison

This is Richie's second DUI conviction and she was only sentenced to 4 days in the slammer. Paris Hilton got 3 plus weeks for driving with a suspended license. Sorry, but we think this is a bit bizarre. Richie was driving on the wrong side of the road on the 134 freeway!!!

Rebecca Romijn says the key to a great wedding is to honeymoon first

We don't really know what she's talking about, but here's some words from Romijn on her wedding to Jerry OConnell:

"I highly recommend to anyone that's getting married to take the honeymoon first. We got to spend a great deal of time together before we got married relaxed and with a tan. We spent the first few days out in Montauk [on New York's Long Island] with Jerry's parents, and then we went down to Mexico for nine days. It was the way to do it, and at the wedding we had butterflies, but every time we talked about it for the weeks leading up to it, we just felt so warm and excited."

Apparently Romijn couldn't get any time off following their nuptials due to her Ugly Betty schedule. We still don't think this is the greatest idea.
