We've been noticing a couple things about Gwyneth Paltrow's style lately: no make-up, long parted hair that covers her face and unsexy outfits. We think that she needs to get her sexy back and should cut her hair a little and dress a little better. Here she is with Beyonce in London. One of them looks like they're having fun.
