Lindsay Lohan was spotted at 6:45 am on Sunday morning by a source from TMZ. She was parked on a street in LA, sitting inside her car, freaking out that people were following her. She motioned to the source to come to her and looked completely bleary eyed, frazzled and out of it. She claimed that she had called the police- but to no avail. The people that she was referring to were the usual suspects, the paparazzi. Maybe her crazy mother Dina is rubbing off on her.
