TMZ reports that Richie was arrested Monday morning at 5am after other motorist saw her going the wrong way on the 134 freeway in Burbank. Law enforcement officers told TMZ that Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. Looks like somebody's gonna be heading back to rehab.
