Tim Gunn, 53, may not be returning for the fourth season of Project Runway. Apparently, his responsibilities as chair of the fashion design department at New York City's Parsons school, where he has worked for 23 years, make him unavailable for filming during the academic year. Gunn says most of his income comes from Parsons, Bravo doesn't pay well. Our advice to Bravo: give Gunn a big time raise.
