Laguna Beach alum Jason Wahler will be spending 60 days in jail for punching a city worker and a tow truck driver during an altercation last fall.
US Weekly reports:
Wahler, 20, and model Kristin DeLuca, 25, were arrested in September 2006 after the vehicle they were traveling in got stuck behind a tow truck that was attempting to move an illegally parked car on Wilshire Boulevard.
The couple jumped out of their car and an argument ensued in which Wahler punched one of the tow truck drivers as well as the city worker. DeLuca kicked the tow truck operator and spit in his face.
Wahler's blood alcohol level was .22 percent at the time of his arrest.
