TMZ website doesn't like the fact that Coco Arquette is not wearing a lifevest as required by Hawaii state law. TMZ compared the Arquettes to Britney. There is a big difference between driving with a one year old on your lap in a car- where there are tons of accidents- and having your 3 year old in a raft with two parents.
