McDermott (who used to be engaged to Julia Roberts and starred on The Practice) and his wife have separated after 12 years of marriage. They have two daughters aged 11 and 2 named Collette and Charlotte, respectively. He now stars on the show Big Shots. She is allegedly an actress, although we've never seen evidence of this. Maybe they'll get back together.
