There are very few countries that Paris has heard about, but somehow Rwanda and the genocide that occured over a decade ago caught her attention. Because she insists on bringing cameras along for the trip-- she hopes that this will be part of remaking her image as a humanitarian. In all seriousness, there is very little information about the world that penetrates her thoughts and we doubt, even being exposed to the poverty (in addition to the emotional residue from the war) in Rwanda will do much to change this.
