In a miracle opening round, Marat somehow maintained his concentration enough to beat some dude from Monaco in four sets. In his next round match he faces off against fellow Russian Nicolai Davydenko, who is seeded fourth in the tournament. Unless this match has been fixed, it looks like Marat will be saying good-bye to us.
