We don't know whose idea it was to do a series of photos of TV and musical icons to promote Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's reality show, but whoever it was-- does not like Tori Spelling. Update: the mastermind of this concept came from Dean McDermott's ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.
