This display from Snob shows some animal skin and the exotic trends that are prominent right now.
This cute little hide stools would be a perfect little hit of style for any room.
And some lovely moroccan style brass lanterns.....
These lovely chair frames are from Jane Lockhart's line of furnishings.
The trend of natural wood products with raw edges is still going strong, but they are a little darker.
A very interesting round tub made out of Corian, so it has a lovely matte finish. This would be great in a small space.
A patterned shade from Sun Glow's new Swarovski Elements crystals.
Here's a closeup.
They have a selection of different shaped crystals that you can choose from.
These chairs were designed by celebrities and auctioned off as a fundraiser.
This cute one had red velvet on the front and a little heart that glowed on the back.
This one was covered in fur. Speaking of fur, there was a lot of fur shown at the show - even some pendants lights covered in it. Didn't get a photo of them.......
More of the rough hewn wood trend in benches and console tables.
There was some beautiful art as usual, here's a few images.
These pendants are carved from wood - interesting aren't they?
This was a clock made with filaments, that had been inserted into the table, and could be placed in any piece of furniture. So cool!
These tiles were attracting a lot of attention at the show. They were absolutely gorgeous with those beautiful colours and patterns. I would so love to do a bathroom in them.
More organic, rough wood this time as wall art.
More wood products, this one a rectangular table and wall hung shelf/buffet. A little splash of navy blue gives it some pizzazz.
Lots of tubs at this year's show. Some shapely versions here...
And Montauk had a great booth with a huge comfy sofa and a blackboard wall.
The Ikea booth was very busy this year. It was very eyecatching done with a black kitchen and all these pink lanterns. You could see it from quite the distance.
Can you see the tv behind the glass above the sink?
This countertop was granite but with a leathered finished. The first time I've seen this and it was really cool in person. Sort of a soapstone look. Here's a closeup....
This was the Style at Home booth together with Beautitone Paints. Isn't it cute and colourful?
And check out the paint can light fixture!
Some funky black throne chairs....
Another cool tub - this time in copper!
And here's a cute little swinging chair in the middle of the show.
I didn't get all the information on all these products but click here to go to the IDS website and you'll find a link to all the products and suppliers. I still have more stuff to show but I'll save them for another post as this one is getting quite long. Stay tuned for lighting and dishes.....
