Well, folks, no surprises here. Haley Joel Osment, 18, has recently been charged with a DUI and possession of pot. You remember him, of course, from his Oscar nominated role in the Sixth Sense years ago. He actually looks kind of cute in this pic... that is if you like bad boys! (ha ha ha)
