Penepole Cruz is just the latest to "claim" to have spotted TomKat's latest "progeny". We all know that US Weekly has posted a meter measuring how long it's been since little Suri's been spotted. The Doctors of Pop are similarly suspicious. Does Suri exist? Kate's bump did seem to fluctuate dramatically from day to day and any industry insider will tell you Cruise is gay....
