One of our fave Spaniards, singer Alejandro Sanz, just announced that he has a three year old son, the product of an extramarital affair. So scandalous! Here's Sanz with Shakira, who sang with him in the song "La Tortura", in Panama to promote the ALAS foundation to help children in Latin America.
