E! News anchor Giuliana DiPandi(31) and Apprentice season one winner Bill Rancic (35) just got engaged. They plan to marry in southern Italy in late 2007 since DiPandi is from Naples. The engagement details on www.people.com sounded really cute. DiPandi's ex, Jerry O'Connell will also be getting married in 2007 to Rebecca Romijn.
