At 85 pounds it is doubtlful that she needs Vicodin for that time of the month. Though that's the dumbest defense we've ever heard, she will probably be able to buy her way out of jail time. We would rather have her clean up the streets for 400 hours than go to jail anyways- ala Boy George.
