Add Nicky Hilton to the list of celebs dressed as slutty as possible for Halloween. Apparently she got s---faced at the Hugh Hefner party and was making out with some short dude. No word on if it's this guy (Mary Kate Olsen ex David Katzenberg), who is wearing god-knows-what.
