Even though Julia Roberts is pregnant, she manages to smile when she sees the paparazzi. She doesn't have to deal with them very often because she lives in New Mexico. Lindsay Lohan and Jennifer Aniston would die if they had to actually move to a place where they weren't being followed by press.
