Jessica Biel to host a benefit for the Make a Difference Network!

The very busy and beautiful Jessica Biel is hosting a benefit with The Ivy Hotel and the Make a Difference Network. This will take place August 24 through 26 and Joss Stone will be performing. Proceeds from this benefit will be donated to national and local nonprofit programs, including the Hollywood Entertainment Museum’s at-risk youth educational program. The Make a Difference Network is a social network of businesses, celebrities and people who work together to raise money for deserving non-profits.

Jessica competed at IMTA in 1994 where she signed with an agent and manager who helped her land the breakthrough role of Mary Camden on the popular WB series 7th Heaven. She has gone on to star in many major motion pictures such as The Illusionist, Stealth, Elizabethtown, Home of the Brave, Next, and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. She recently wrapped the comedy film A Women of No Importance. This film is about a woman who has a secret, an illegitimate child. Things become sticky when her son tries to get a job from his father a secret neither of them knows. Th film is based on on a play by the famous writer Oscar Wilde. She is currently working on the movie Powder Blue about four people from very different backgrounds who find themselves thrown together.
