Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart (who complained of feeling "too high" during the video) did not videotape themselves having sex, according to Eric's lawyers. Instead they videotaped themselves hanging out with former Miss Teen USA (and the ex of every woman's dreams, Aaron Carter) Kari Anne Peniche. Peniche is a little wild. Case in point, she got kicked off Dr. Drew's celebrity rehab show-- if that's even possible. In the tape the threesome were discussing intellectual conversation topics, such as their porn names while naked. McSteamy is really living up to his name.
