Brittany Curran and Kunal Sharma Nominated for Kids First Award!

Brittany Curran is in New Mexico to attend the award ceremony of Kids First: A Coalition for Quality Kids Programming. Brittany's film Legally Blondes was nominated for best feature film (ages 12-18) of the year! The film also stars IMTA alum Kunal Sharma. Brittany plays Tiffany, the prettiest, most popular and feared girl at Pacific Prep school.

Brittany has a new series airing December 7, called Men of a Certain Age. She plays Lucy, the daughter of lead character played by Ray Romano. According to the Wall Street Journal:" The series, which debuts Dec. 7 at 10 p.m. Eastern time, stars Mr. Romano, Scott Bakula and Andre Braugher as a group of childhood friends who find themselves uncertainly navigating middle age." The show will be airing on TNT and Brittany plays a series regular!

Kunal competed at IMTA Los Angeles in 2004, when he was sixteen years old. He is featured in the TV showIts Always Sunny in Philadelphia airing December 3, on FX . He has a recurring role as Faisal. Kunal has guest-starred on many popular TV shows such as Phil of the Future, The Office, Veronica Mars, Crossing Jordan and Hannah Montana. He recently completed production for Frank the Rat and Sacred Journey. He is in production on the feature film The Kids Are All Right starring as Jai. It's a comedy starring Annette Benning, Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo scheduled for release in 2010!
