There's more and more mud being slung in the Kelly Rutherford divorce to her German born husband Daniel Giersch. She is pregnant with their second child and their son Hermes is only two. Rutherfords's ex asserts that her Gossip Girl hours are so grueling that she sometimes works 20 hours a day and has no set schedule of when her call time will be. Isn't she only playing the mom?
