Kunal Sharma, Jeff Braine and Brittany Curran in The Adventures of Food Boy!

The Adventures of Food Boy starring three IMTA alumni Brittany Curran, Jeff Braine and Kunal Sharma, is now available on DVD!! Brittany plays Shelby, Jeff plays Dylan and Kunal plays the role of Joel in this comedy about a boy who can make food magically appear. The film was screened at the Kids First Best of 2008 Film Festival on Saturday, October 4th in North Hollywood, CA. It was held at the Academy of Television Arts & Science which is where the Emmys are held. The Adventures of Food Boy was nominated by Kids FIRST as one of the Best Independent Feature Films for Kids in 2008!!!

Kunal competed at IMTA Los Angeles in 2004, when he was sixteen years old. He recently competed in the Disney Channel Games with TWO fellow IMTA alumni: Moises Arias (who was a fellow yellow teammate!) and Alyson Stoner. He has finished filming Legally Blondes, the third installment in the Legally Blonde movies. Kunal has guest-starred on many popular TV shows such Phil of the Future, The Office, Veronica Mars, Crossing Jordan and Hannah Montana.

Since Jeff Braine competed at IMTA, he has been busy working on many television shows and movies. He has appeared in shows such as Phil of the Future, Drake & Josh, and Malcom in the Middle.

Brittany competed at IMTA and signed with industry greats Diane Hardin and Judy Savage. Brittany plays the lead role of Shelby, one of Ezra’s (Lucas Grabeel) close friends in The Adventures of Food Boy. Brittany has had recurring guest roles on The Suite Life of Zach and Cody and Drake and Josh. She starred in the Universal release The Haunting Hour: Don’t Think About It with Emily Osment and Cody Linsley which was released last year. In her newest movie Diamond Dog Caper, Brittany plays the main character's self-involved older sister Lilly.
